Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently ship worldwide with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in crafting each piece to perfection, but understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our refined returns process ensures a seamless experience worthy of our clientele.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons and custom-fit nature, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear (including bikini tops and bottoms)
- Bodysuits
- Corset dresses and tops with boning
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Await Authorization: Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
- Package Securely: Include the original packing slip and repackage items with care
- Ship Back: Send your return to our atelier address using a trackable service (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
We happily exchange items for alternative sizes or colors (subject to availability). Follow the standard return process and specify your desired exchange item in your email.
For international returns: Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Urgent exchanges: For expedited exchanges on occasionwear like A-line dresses or backless styles for upcoming events, please highlight “URGENT” in your subject line and our team will prioritize your request.
