Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note on Final Sale Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (including bikini tops and bottoms) or bodysuits unless faulty. Corset dresses and tops with boning are also excluded from returns due to their custom-fit nature.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Concierge: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (see template below).
  2. Await Authorization: Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Include the original packing slip and repackage items with care.
  4. Ship Back: Send your return to our atelier address using a trackable service (return shipping is at customer’s expense).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

We happily exchange items for alternative sizes or colors (subject to availability). Follow the standard return process and specify your desired exchange item in your email.

For international returns, please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
